Online Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, with limited exception, you may return it to us for online store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at pajamajamparty@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and original tags, proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a store credit or exchange. DEFECTIVE ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF DELIVERY

Please Note

• A 10% stocking fee will be charged for all returns
• Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
• Items purchased with a promotion code cannot receive store credit, only exchange for item of equal value
• Store Credit is equal to purchase price excluding shipping
• Store Credit does not expire

The Pajama Party Is not responsible for returns until they have reached our returns address. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery,The Pajama Party will not issue store credit or send an exchange for your returns.
